Dear Jimmy
Just a quick word to say 'Thank You' for inviting my dance band Velvet Touch Trio to entertain at your fabulous birthday bash.
What a swell party it was with all your lively friends and relatives having fun with all the good humour and laughter not forgetting all the dancing that kept the floor busy all night making it great for us performing as it is always wonderful to have a dancing crowd. You folks certainly know how to party.
It was so exciting to have so many participate in the entertainment programme by joining in with the singing and we certainly had a few good singers whom I felt made it a very special night for you.
The venue you selected was special - Cafe Spiece Namaste listed amongst Britain's Top 100 Restaurants. A restaurant that needs no introduction and am sure all your friends and relatives enjoyed the fabulous snacks followed by a grand dinner. Nothing spared on the night with drinks flowing like water and how about 'The Ultimate Chocolate Experience' added a touch of class.
The glamorous ladies with their beautiful dresses certainly added class to the function and their smiling happy faces could not be missed.
It was a great pleasure to be selected to perform for your great birthday bash especially where I know most of your wonderful friends who I will repeat --- certainly know how to PARTY.
The highlight of the night if I am allowed to mention was Elmar (Sinatra) P. Schutz who performed brilliantly with his wonderful Frank Sinatra favourites which went down a treat. You certainly have a star entertainer within your good community and friends. I personally wish him all the best and any band would love to have Elmar as a lead singer.
P.S. No party is complete without the dynamic frontline personality of Rustom who keeps the dance floor ticking, and when he takes over on the mike, his powerful voice certainly brings everyone to attention. Rustom's action on-stage is of a pop star. (One great happy go lucky tall and handsome guy who knows how to Entertain and Enjoly!) 'He only has it HIS WAY in decision making but does a great job with Frank Sinatra's 'MY WAY' I am sure all the ladies would say we love you Rostrum whilst the guys would stand to attention).
As a token of remembrance of your great birthday party, my little digital Sony camera captured some of the action which I have enclosed below as a photo gallery slide show. I have also enclosed a still video clip.
